Mr. Zia Ahmed is a highly skilled professional with over 10 years of diverse experience in Pakistan and abroad. Prior to his current role he has also held senior positions in renowned multinational companies, including The KraftHeinz Company (FMCG- MNC) and H3 Agile Solution Limited in the Republic of Ireland. He is known for his expertise in financial management, financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.
Mr. Ahmed began his career at Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants, where he completed his chartered accountancy training and served as a supervisor. During his tenure at Grant Thornton, he was deputed to Dubai and Lebanon, gaining valuable international experience in accounting and finance.
Mr. Ahmed is a professional accounting affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Australia (IPA); and Pakistan, as well as the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) in the U.K. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, and his strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in driving business growth and improving financial performance.
