Stock Monitoring and Warehouse Inspections
The success of the EWR ecosystem is heavily reliant on the quality of accreditation process and the effective implementation of systems and processes, once the process of accreditation has been completed.
This will be ensured by NCMCL via a structured process of compliance assessment through MIS reports generated by the core EWR-IT system as well as onsite visits.
The key elements would include:
- Adherence to the regulations, SOPs, guidelines and contractual obligations by the Warehouse Operator (WO), ensured through snap checks and on-site inspections by NCMCL or its designated third party service providers
- Frequent review of physical security and IT security guidelines by the accredited warehouse operator.
- Physical reconciliation of stored commodity with outstanding EWRs.
